An hourly rate is charged for family history projects. Digital or print copies can be requested. Additional expenses may include photocopy costs, record fees, transportation, parking fees, and postage. 

Forensic Genealogy

Forensic genealogist for attorneys and administrators. Genealogical research, analysis, and reporting in cases with legal implications. Our research expertise includes identifying and locating:​

  • Known, unknown, and missing heirs for probate and estates 

  • Witnesses to wills

  • Real estate property title inheritors

  • Next of kin in guardianship, coroner’s release of the body, and cemetery removals

Clients are provided with a cited report of due diligence with documentation and family history charts for court cases.

Additional services:

  • Family tree reconstruction and verification

  • Review of prior third-party genealogical research

Contingency/percentage agreements are not accepted. An hourly rate for work completed is charged.  Digital copies are provided. Additional expenses may include photocopy costs, record fees, transportation, parking fees, and postage. 

Photo and Record Retrieval

Located in the Chicago area, we are available for photos and record retrievals in Illinois.

Photo requests include gravestones, houses, and places of interest for your research.
